Job summary

Corewell Health in Grand Rapids is seeking a Provider Program Specialist to collaborate across the organization, plan, organize, and implement programs within our provider network.

You will partner with internal teams and providers, manage multiple projects, develop strategic communications, and support training and engagement activities to improve network performance and patient experience. Full-time, day shift in a hospital-affiliated setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 2 years of relevant experience in risk adjustment or related work.
• CPC or CCS certification required or within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal teams and serve as liaison to providers and network stakeholders.
• Coordinate and manage multiple projects with scope, timelines, and milestones.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate RA programs to improve outcomes.
• Coordinate clinical pilot programs to meet goals and deadlines.
• Analyze and report network performance related to RA initiatives.
• Develop communications and educational materials for internal and external audiences.
• Support provider-facing engagement events and trainings.
