Job summary

Corewell Health in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Provider Program Specialist to collaborate across the Risk Adjustment department and plan, organize, and implement network programs. You will work with ACNs and the provider network to disseminate tactics that improve RA initiatives and performance.

The role involves coordinating projects, supporting program evaluation, and creating communications for internal and external audiences, including webinars, trainings, and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with related work experience.
• CPC or CCS certification for Risk Adjustment required.
• Experience in coding/documentation improvement (CDI) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal teams and providers to support strategic initiatives and engagement.
• Coordinate multiple projects with scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate RA programs to improve network efficiency and patient experience.
• Develop strategic communications and training materials for provider networks.
• Support provider-facing webinars, meetings, and educational events.
• Prepare written reports and presentations to support operational goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and evaluate provider network programs.
