• Strong communication and analytical skills; experience with provider data and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop network expansion and maintenance strategies to meet financial targets.
• Analyze provider data and market differences to guide contracting and recruitment.
• Produce annual network adequacy reports and dashboards for leadership.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Risk/Compliance teams on network initiatives.
