Job summary

Accede Solutions Inc is seeking a remote contracting and recruitment specialist to manage provider outreach, contracting, and onboarding. You will coordinate with Provider Network, Credentialing, and operations to ensure timely participation of providers.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in provider network management or related roles, can juggle multiple assignments, and communicate with provider executives. This is a 5-6 month remote contract with potential extension.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in provider network management, contracting, recruitment, provider relations, or managed care operations.
• Experience working with healthcare delivery organizations, hospitals, facilities, provider groups, or physician practices.
• Working knowledge of provider contracting and network participation processes.
• Understanding of the provider lifecycle, including contracting, credentialing, provider data, onboarding, and network activation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage provider executives, contracting departments, enrollment teams, and practice representatives.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple provider assignments and competing priorities.
• Strong organizational, documentation, research, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple operational departments and escalate issues when appropriate.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with CRM, workflow, ticketing, provider management, or similar systems.

Primary Functions: Provider Affiliation, Contracting, Recruitment, Network Development and Provider Relations

Description:

• The contracting and recruiting specialist will conduct provider outreach, facilitate contracting and re-affiliation activities, recruit providers based on identified network needs, and guide provider organizations through the contracting and onboarding process. The role serves as an important connection between Provider Network, Provider Data, Credentialing, and other operational teams.
• The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of experience in provider network management, provider contracting, provider recruitment, provider relations, or managed care operations and is comfortable independently managing a portfolio of provider organizations through multiple stages of the network participation lifecycle.

Minimum Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in provider network management, provider contracting, provider recruitment, provider relations, managed care, health plan operations, or a closely related healthcare environment.
• Experience working directly with healthcare delivery organizations, hospitals, facilities, provider groups, or physician practices.
• Working knowledge of provider contracting and network participation processes.
• Understanding of the provider lifecycle, including contracting, credentialing, provider data, onboarding, and network activation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to professionally engage provider executives, contracting departments, enrollment teams, and practice representatives.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple provider assignments and competing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting provider network development, provider recruitment, affiliation, or re-affiliation initiatives.
• Experience working for a health plan, third-party administrator, managed care organization, provider network organization, or government healthcare program.
• Experience facilitating provider agreements or Terms & Conditions.
• Experience supporting network adequacy and targeted provider recruitment.
• Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE, or other government-sponsored healthcare programs.
• Experience with provider portals, roster management, credentialing, and provider data processes.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, ServiceNow, JIRA, SharePoint, or similar workflow and relationship-management platforms.
