Job summary

Cobalt Benefits Group is seeking a Healthcare Provider Network & Contract Management Specialist to manage provider contracts, pricing configurations, and network data. The role focuses on accuracy, testing, and collaboration with clients and internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have an associate degree and 3+ years of related experience, with strong MS Office skills and knowledge of 835/837 electronic claim files. Excellent organizational and communication abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and maintain client-specific provider contracts and pricing records.
• Validate contract configurations against client requirements and fee schedules.
• Develop and execute contract testing scenarios for pricing and claims.
• Coordinate contract implementation with internal teams and clients.
• Maintain documentation for provider networks, contracts, and tiering.
• Support provider network tiering setup, validation, and testing.
• Monitor network changes and ensure timely updates are applied.
• Perform contract and pricing maintenance and resolve discrepancies.
• Import and analyze 835/837 claim files to support validation.
• Respond to provider and client requests within service standards.
• Assist audits and continuous improvement initiatives related to data and reimbursements.
