Job summary

CommunityCare, Inc. is seeking a Senior Health Data Analyst to provide analytical support to executives and departments, handling analysis, pricing, capitation, network, and provider reporting.

You will work with multiple databases, clean data, perform descriptive statistics, and develop data documentation. You will manage complex projects, mentor analysts, review code, and present findings with recommendations to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a quantitative field.
• SAS or SQL preferred; Power BI/Tableau experience preferred.
• 5+ years of health data or data analysis experience.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Fluent English and strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytical projects and coordinate a team of analysts.
• Develop reports and ad-hoc analyses from specifications.
• Automate reports and deliver on schedule.
• Present findings to executives and stakeholders.
• Mentor junior analysts and support training.
• Maintain data documentation and quality reviews.
