Job summary

Shine Pediatrics & Wellness Center in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Pediatric Provider (MD, DO, PA or NP) for a full-time role. We blend holistic and conventional care to support whole-child wellness and partner with families to address root causes.

The position invites board-certified or eligible pediatricians or APRNs with pediatric training, Texas licensure, and a willingness to undergo a 2–4 week onboarding at our Richardson headquarters.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or eligible pediatrician or APP with pediatric specialty training.
• Licensed or license-eligible in Texas.
• Interest in integrative and functional medicine; onboarding provided.

Responsibilities

• Partner with families to uncover the “why” behind symptoms.
• Use both conventional and functional diagnostics to guide care.
• Treat a wide variety of conditions (allergy, GI, dermatology, pulmonary, psychiatry).
• Help shape the future of holistic pediatrics in the Metroplex.

• Treat a wide variety of conditions often referred out to specialists (allergy, GI, dermatology, pulmonary, psychiatry).
• Help shape the future of holistic pediatrics in the Metroplex.

What We’re Looking For:

• Board Certified/Eligible Pediatrician or Advanced Practice Provider (with pediatric specialty training).
• Licensed (or license-eligible) in Texas.
• Excited to embrace integrative & functional medicine (training provided).
• Willing to complete a 2–4 week onboarding/training at our Richardson HQ.
