Shine Pediatrics & Wellness Center in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Pediatric Provider (MD/DO/PA/NP) for a full-time role. We blend natural therapies with conventional care to support whole-child wellness and family involvement, practicing integrative pediatrics from birth through young adulthood.

Join a mission-driven team that values heart and science, offers onboarding at our Richardson HQ, and supports a balanced schedule with day shifts Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• Board Certified/Eligible pediatrician or Advanced Practice Provider with pediatric training.
• Licensed (or license-eligible) in Texas.
• Willing to complete onboarding/training at our Richardson HQ.

What You'll Do:

• Partner with families to uncover the "why" behind symptoms.
• Use both conventional and functional diagnostics to guide care.
• Treat a wide variety of conditions often referred out to specialists (allergy, GI, dermatology, pulmonary, psychiatry).
• Help shape the future of holistic pediatrics in the Metroplex.

What We're Looking For:

• Board Certified/Eligible Pediatrician or Advanced Practice Provider (with pediatric specialty training).
• Licensed (or license-eligible) in Texas.
• Excited to embrace integrative & functional medicine (training provided).
• Willing to complete a 2-4 week onboarding/training at our Richardson HQ.
• Health insurance (BCBS, 50% covered)
• Dental insurance & short-term disability coverage
• PTO: 104 hours annually
• CME: 1 week + stipend (integrative/pediatric focus)
