Job summary

ResMed is seeking a Provider Development Specialist to transform provider engagement into active ordering accounts. You’ll follow up after events, guide providers through first orders, and drive repeat purchases to boost utilization.

Collaborating with Territory Managers, you’ll uncover growth opportunities, re-engage inactive providers, and help create a seamless path from initial interest to sustained care delivery in sleep and respiratory health.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in customer experience or sales support within home medical equipment or respiratory care.
• Proven ability to build relationships with healthcare professionals and office staff.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multi-system navigation skills.

Responsibilities

• New Provider Activation: contact provider offices within 24 hours after events and guide through first order.
• Provider Growth & Retention: monthly outreach to active providers to strengthen relationships and increase utilization.
• Lost Account Recovery: re-engage inactive providers and identify barriers to ordering.
• Sales Partnership: collaborate with Territory Managers to share feedback and develop growth strategies.
