ResMed Inc is seeking a Provider Development Specialist to act as a growth resource within our field sales framework, focusing on turning provider engagement into active ordering accounts and increased utilization. This remote US role emphasizes proactive outreach, education, and collaboration with Territory Managers to drive measurable provider growth.

You will build trust with healthcare professionals, guide offices through ordering processes, and identify opportunities to expand adoption

Qualifications

• Must have 2-4 years of experience in customer experience or sales support within home medical equipment, respiratory, or sleep diagnostic environments.
• Proven ability to build relationships with healthcare professionals and office staff.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• New Provider Activation: contact provider offices within 24 hours after events; guide through first-order submission; remove adoption barriers.
• Provider Growth & Retention: monthly outreach to active providers to strengthen relationships and increase utilization.
• Lost Account Recovery: contact inactive providers to understand disengagement and develop re-engagement strategies.
• Sales Partnership: collaborate with Territory Managers to share feedback and develop growth plans.
