ServiceSource Inc is hiring for a Provider Enrollment Coordinator to support enrollment operations. You will review, research, and process enrollment applications, coach providers, and request information to complete online enrollment.

You will verify credentials and perform fraud detection, while ensuring high data quality across systems. The role includes extensive data entry, handling FAX queues, sending letters, and supporting additional enrollment tasks as needed.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Twelve months clerical/provider enrollment experience required.
• Advanced computer skills, keyboarding, and data entry skills required.
• Experience with Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint required.
• Knowledge of enrollment workload definitions, enrollment terminology, forms, and basic regulation preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Reviews, researches, and processes provider enrollment applications abiding to contract regulations, internal policies, and guidelines.
• Coaches providers through the enrollment process and provides inbound phone support.
• Initiates requests for information to complete the online enrollment process.
• Verifies credentialing information and completes fraud detection and prevention.
• Provides Quality Assurance checks on the provider enrollment data and enters application information into claims processing systems.
• Navigate proprietary systems to ensure information is identical across systems.
• Extensive data entry into internal document management and workflow systems.
• Manages inbound/outbound online FAX queues to and from providers.
• Creates and mails notification letters.
• Completes application returns, rejections, and/or acknowledgements.
• Supports other enrollment functions and meet performance accuracy goals.
