  • Schedule: Full-time, 8 hour day shift, Monday - Friday, Remote

Responsibilities

As a provider enrollment specialist, you will assist with analyzing and collecting provider data and use critical thinking to develop best practices.

  • Develops and implements business solutions and procedures to prevent and mitigate issues and risks related to provider enrollment reporting requirements and record keeping.
  • Utilize Excel and/or Google Sheets to analyze provider data.
  • Be available to assist with collection of provider data through various channels such as email and phone.
  • Provide support and education on how to access reports and interpret the data.
  • Oversee provision of ad hoc reporting needs.
  • Review information for accuracy and reconcile data on a regular basis.
  • Flexibility to change management based on priorities.
Requirements

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • Credentialing Specialist credentialed from the National Association Medical Staff Services preferred. Licensure required relevant to the state in which work is performed.

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience required.
Additional Preferences
  • 1-3 years healthcare experience, required.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Salesforce Enterprise experience, preferred.
  • Critical Thinking and Problem Solving skills are essential.
  • Basic formula experience in Excel or Google Sheets, required.
