What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Receive and manage notifications from the Clinician Onboarding Liaison (COL)
- Collaborate with the recruiting team during the onboarding of new providers and provide weekly credentialing updates
- Obtain and maintain provider credentialing documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Conduct payer research and manage applications for providers, including addressing issues with payors
- Serve as the primary point of contact for provider employment updates and withdrawal notifications

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of successful experience in physician credentialing and/or physician enrollment
- Proficiency with provider credentialing databases/websites/portals such as CAQH, NPPES, and PECOS
- Familiarity with Modio software is preferred
- Working knowledge of the revenue cycle process
- Availability for potential overtime as required by management

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Modio software
- Additional certifications related to healthcare credentialing
- Knowledge of state-specific requirements for provider enrollment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience working with Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial insurance plans
