Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Senior Coordinator, Providership to manage provider enrollment, credentialing, and liaison activities across Caremark and affiliated networks. The role ensures timely submissions, regulatory compliance, and uninterrupted reimbursement for pharmacy services.

You will coordinate with pharmacies, payers, and government agencies while maintaining accurate provider records and responding to surveys and audits. Remote work is supported with EST business hours.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant professional experience.
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare, pharmacy operations, provider enrollment, credentialing, contracting, compliance, paralegal services, or a related environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be comfortable working remotely and able to work standard Eastern Time (EST) business hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage provider enrollment, credentialing, and maintenance activities for Caremark and affiliated pharmacy networks, including completing applications, agreements, and supporting documentation.
• Prepare, review, and submit state, federal, and commercial payer enrollment applications, ensuring accurate disclosures and regulatory compliance.
• Serve as the primary liaison between pharmacies, payers, government agencies, and internal business partners to facilitate enrollment and resolve provider-related issues.
• Ensure timely reporting of regulatory changes, including ownership, control, accreditation, and leadership updates, maintaining provider records for ongoing compliance.
• Coordinate responses to government surveys, audits, and payer requests, monitor provider status and transaction access to ensure uninterrupted reimbursement.
