Qualifications

• 4 years of professional experience in customer service, healthcare operations, administrative support, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Support enrollment and onboarding activities for pharmacies seeking participation.
• Review enrollment applications and documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Assist pharmacies and headquarters with enrollment inquiries and requirements.
• Process additions, updates, terminations, and other participation changes.
• Research and resolve routine enrollment and provider data issues.
• Monitor enrollment requests and ensure timely processing steps.
• Support outreach related to enrollment updates and participation requirements.
• Generate and analyze reports on enrollment, participation status, and data quality.
• Identify data discrepancies and escalate complex issues to senior staff.
• Participate in process improvements to enhance accuracy, turnaround times, and satisfaction.
• Follow policies while developing knowledge of enrollment processes.
