Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Experience with provider enrollment, insurance billing and/or healthcare financial operations preferred.
• Proven supervisory skills, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and control enrollment practices to ensure providers are enrolled accurately with payers.
• Implement and monitor compliance with revenue cycle policies to minimize enrollment denials.
• Respond to third-party inquiries and initiate appropriate action.
• Track productivity and ensure staff is meeting targets.
• Enroll providers in CAQH and provide recertifications as needed.
• Maintain the Provider Enrollment Database and generate status reports.
