Gainwell Technologies LLC is seeking a detail-oriented provider enrollment specialist to support enrollment processing and data updates for healthcare providers. You will handle cases submitted by providers, review requests to update provider information, and maintain timely communications through email and internal systems.

Your role in our mission

• Process cases submitted by providers for enrollment into the program.

What we're looking for

• Customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
• A background in credentialing is considered a plus, but is not required.
• Experience working with provider offices or healthcare institutions is highly desirable, but not required.

What you should expect in this role

Shifts are scheduled between 5:00 AM and 8:00 PM EST. Employees will have the option to work either four 10-hour shifts or an 8-hour shift within those operating hours.

The pay range for this position is $30,500.00 - $43,500.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
