Job summary

P3 Health Partners, Inc. is seeking a Provider Engagement Manager (PEM) to build and nurture relationships with primary care clinic leadership, providers and staff within our network.

You will partner with Operations, Care Management, Quality, Risk Adjustment and Compliance teams to drive strategic initiatives and measurable outcomes. The role requires 7+ years in healthcare, strong communication, project management and data-analysis skills, and a willingness to travel within the region.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in health care with IPA/Medical Group, Health Plan or hospital interaction.
• Experience with Medicare Advantage and CMS/CMMI programs preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills,

Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture relationships with primary care clinic leadership and staff.
• Serve as operational partner to care management and other departments.
• Develop strategy, drive performance, and track progress toward goals.
• Produce reports and dashboards to inform leadership decisions.
• Coordinate meetings with clinics and executive teams monthly.
• Coach staff and promote adoption of new care models.
