Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years in healthcare operations, provider data, or related roles.
• Strong customer service orientation and stakeholder management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proactive, with independent problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to summarize complex workflows clearly.
• Technical aptitude with system administration experience.
• Data-driven approach to decision-making and issue resolution.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; SharePoint experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• System Support & Ticket Management: troubleshoot and manage tickets related to provider data issues; administer taxonomy systems; coordinate escalation with ITG.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: liaise between ITG and Data Management; create documentation and educational materials; send regular system-change updates.
• Process Coordination & Documentation: maintain SharePoint sites; coordinate audits and data validation; support data integration related to acquisitions/divestitures.
• Operational Excellence: apply critical thinking to resolve data issues; identify process improvements; ensure timely and accurate task execution.
