Job summary

JAG Physical Therapy is seeking a Credentialing Specialist to join our care-first team. You will manage provider enrollment with commercial and government insurers, and maintain credentialing and recredentialing files to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Healthcare administrative experience required.
• Experience with provider enrollment and/or credentialing preferred.
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Complete provider enrollment applications with commercial and government insurers.
• Maintain provider credentialing and recredentialing files.
• Track application status and follow up with insurance carriers.
• Maintain accurate provider records and documentation.
• Assist with provider updates, renewals, and compliance requirements.
• Provide general administrative support as needed.
• Communicate professionally with insurance carriers, providers, and staff
