Job summary

JAG Physical Therapy is seeking a Credentialing and Provider Enrollment Specialist to support our provider network across multiple states. You will finalize enrollment applications, maintain credentialing files, and track statuses with insurers while upholding strict confidentiality and accuracy.

The ideal candidate has healthcare administrative experience, proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams, and strong organizational and communication skills to work independently and deliver

Qualifications

• Healthcare administrative experience required.
• Experience with provider enrollment and/or credentialing preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain strict confidentiality.
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Complete provider enrollment applications with commercial and government insurance carriers.
• Maintain provider credentialing and recredentialing files.
• Track application status and follow up with insurance companies.
• Maintain accurate provider records and documentation.
• Assist with provider updates, renewals, and compliance requirements.
• Provide general administrative support as needed.
