NationsBenefits is growing rapidly as a Healthcare Fintech provider of supplemental benefits, flex cards, and member engagement solutions. The Provider Contracting Specialist will drive contracting with dental, vision, and hearing providers, working with recruiters to convert prospects into contracted network participants.

This role requires in-depth knowledge of healthcare contracting, negotiation skills, and the ability to manage relationships with practice owners and administrators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in healthcare contracting.
• 3+ years in healthcare contracting or related roles.
• Experience negotiating contracts and rates.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract negotiations with prospective dental, vision, and hearing providers and practices.
• Review and negotiate reimbursement arrangements, contract terms, and participation requirements.
• Evaluate provider counterproposals and align with network strategy and business objectives.
• Address provider concerns related to reimbursement, network participation, claims processes, credentialing, and operational requirements.
• Facilitate timely execution of provider agreements and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately.
