The Provider Compensation Analyst will monitor the healthcare industry to aid in aligning provider compensation to the ever-changing environment. This individual will assist in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives surrounding provider compensation. The Provider Compensation Analyst will aid the Director of Provider Compensation when working with leadership and providers in developing, monitoring and tracking compensation arrangements. The individual will also be a resource to leadership in reviewing all aspects of provider compensation throughout the medical group.
