What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Serve as a point of contact for provider compensation and benefit inquiries, providing clear and accurate information
  2. Collaborate with Provider Recruiting to support provider hiring and retention efforts, ensuring competitive compensation packages
  3. Review and compile historical data to establish trends and prepare reports for accuracy of pay
  4. Track and analyze provider compensation data, conducting audits to ensure compliance with the Provider Compensation Program
  5. Assist with internal and external audits related to provider compensation and benefits

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or healthcare administration; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
  2. Two (2) years of experience in human resources, compensation, or employee benefits, preferably in healthcare
  3. Three (3) years of Microsoft Office experience with advanced experience using Excel
  4. Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  5. Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate sound judgment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. SHRM or HRCI Professional Certification
  2. Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) Certification from World at Work
