• Excellent writing, editing, and content development across channels.
• Translate complex plan policies into clear, compliant communications.
• Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams; manage review cycles.
• Familiarity with TRICARE/USFHP and veteran/military audiences preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop policy-driven communications and materials for providers, beneficiaries, and stakeholders.
• Translate plan policies, benefits, and program changes into accessible content.
• Plan and execute outreach campaigns to providers, beneficiaries, and stakeholders.
• Design, implement and evaluate training curriculum for onboarding and regulatory compliance.

Educación
