Job summary

Mobile Medical in Melbourne, FL is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to deliver in-home medical care and evaluations for patients in their homes. You will perform comprehensive exams, review histories, order tests, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans tailored to each patient.

This role requires a Master’s NP, current board certification, and wound care certification, plus a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an Adult, Family, or Geriatric NP program.
• Current National Board Certification.
• Wound Care Certification and professional liability insurance.

Your Role as a Mobile Medical Nurse Practitioner

As a Nurse Practitioner with Mobile Medical, you will provide in-home medical care and evaluations to patients, ensuring they receive the attention and treatment they need to improve their health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive medical evaluations and provide in-home patient care.


• Examine patients and review medical histories.


• Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as blood work and X-rays.


• Diagnose health conditions and recommend appropriate treatments for chronic and acute conditions.


• Prescribe medications and educate patients and their families on diseases, prevention, and overall health management.


• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
