Job summary

Charismatic Advocacy & Support Services in Panama City, FL is seeking a Direct Service Provider to offer compassionate, client-centered care. You will assist individuals with daily living activities, personal care, and community transportation while documenting progress and following individualized plans.

We value empathy, reliability, and strong communication as you collaborate with families and the care team. Evening/weekend availability and a valid Florida driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in direct care, caregiving, or human services preferred.
• Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background screening and drug test.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including evenings or weekends.
