Formlabs in Somerville, MA seeks a Mechanical Project Manager to streamline prototyping and hardware development. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage BOMs, inventory, and product configurations, and push ECOs through controlled release while maintaining schedules and quality.

You'll organize work, run standups, track progress, and communicate with stakeholders. This role requires hands-on data handling, strong documentation habits, and the ability to move fast while keeping prototypes

Qualifications

• Experience leading hardware prototyping or development projects.
• Strong ability to organize data and organize people across teams.
• Comfort with technical documentation and maintaining records.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical and hardware development projects through prototyping to production.
• Manage BOMs, inventory and product configurations for multiple builds.
• Push ECOs through the release process with controlled implementation.
• Run daily standups and track progress to keep builds unblocked.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to close issues and communicate status.
