The role requires managing costs, schedules, and resources, collaborating with teammates, and documenting all technical activities with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required.
• Experience in Powersports or automotive preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in CAD, FTA, FMEA, tolerance analysis and Adobe Illustrator.

Responsibilities

• Develop functioning prototypes for ATV/SxS vehicles with focus on appearance features.
• Design component and system layouts using CAD and create detailed drawings.
• Ensure specifications meet concept, function and manufacturing requirements.
