Role Overview

Responsible for developing prototypes of ATV/SxS vehicles, researching new technologies, and ensuring global vehicle quality to support business goals.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; experience in automotive or powersports preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, confidentiality, and technical skills including FTA, FMEA, tolerance analysis, and CAD techniques.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and understand product development timelines.

Working Conditions

• Occasional travel, primarily desk work with some physical activity, and exposure to typical office/shop hazards.
• Overtime may be required. Adheres to safety and company policies.
