- Strong leadership, communication, confidentiality, and technical skills including FTA, FMEA, tolerance analysis, and CAD techniques.
Responsibilities
- Design component and system layouts using CAD software and communicate specifications through drawings.
- Optimize designs to meet cost targets, manage work schedules, and coordinate resources.
- Contribute to technological innovation by generating ideas and supporting development processes.
- Address market quality issues through root cause analysis and develop relevant specifications.
