Job summary

Pratt Miller is seeking a Delivery Driver/Assembly Technician to perform pick-ups and deliveries, and to assemble vehicle components per engineering drawings. You will work with engineers, designers, and mechanics to ensure quality and safety standards are met.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, CDL, and 5 years in delivery or shipping roles, with the ability to read drawings and operate hand tools. Overtime and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean record and CDL.
• Minimum 5 years delivery driving/shipping experience.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and process instructions.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and use of hand tools.
• Must lift 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Overtime and weekend availability.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Complete pickup and deliveries to suppliers.
• Assemble vehicle components per drawings and work orders.
• Ensure vehicles meet quality standards.
• Perform detailed inspections of assemblies.
• Maintain documentation of progress.
• Keep work area clean and safe; follow PPE rules.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and mechanics to meet goals.
