Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) required.
• Experience delivering/receiving parts or shipping preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and process instructions.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and use of hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Complete pickup and deliveries of Pratt Miller components to suppliers.
• Assemble vehicle components and subassemblies according to engineering drawings and work orders.
• Ensure each vehicle meets Pratt Miller’s quality standards.
• Perform detailed inspections to verify accuracy and functionality of assemblies.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, fabricators, and mechanics to meet goals.
• Maintain detailed progress documentation and address issues promptly.
• Keep a clean and organized work environment while following safety regulations.
• Follow PPE requirements and safety protocols.
• Support overtime and weekend work as needed to meet deadlines.
