Responsibilities

• Learn inflator prototype procedures, equipment and products to support engineering objectives.
• Set up, operate, and maintain prototype equipment and perform basic preventative maintenance.
• Assist Materials Manager with materials planning for prototypes and engineering needs.
• Inspect and label incoming materials ensuring part numbers match drawings/specifications.
• Prepare non-conforming reports for quality reviews with suppliers/engineering.
• Review technical documents including drawings and work instructions.
• Keep laboratory areas clean and safe; conduct tests in a professional manner.
• Support ongoing testing activities and maintain orderly testing records.
