Connected Development is seeking an Assembly Associate to support assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of products and processes. The role collaborates with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations onsite in Auburn Hills, MI.

The position emphasizes safety, quality, productivity, attendance, and teamwork, with opportunities for growth and participation in continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; related technical coursework preferred.
• Experience in assembly or production environments is a plus.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly, testing, and inspection of products and subassemblies.
• Operate equipment, tools, and test systems safely and effectively.
• Support prototype builds, pilot production runs, and new product introductions.
• Document test results, observations, and production data accurately.
• Identify and report nonconforming materials, products, and process deviations.
• Assist Engineering and Quality with root cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Maintain an organized and safe work environment.
• Additional duties as assigned.
