Connected Development is seeking an Assembly Associate to support assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of products and processes. The role collaborates with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations onsite in Auburn Hills, MI.

The Assembly Associate reports to the Engineering Lab Supervisor and/or Production Lead personnel and is responsible for supporting assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of products and processes.
The role works closely with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to ensure products are assembled safely and efficiently. The role is also accountable for meeting and exceeding company-wide expectations in the areas of safety, quality, productivity, attendance, and attitude/teamwork.
Connected Development is a specialist in the electronic component distribution and design engineering services industries.
This position will be onsite in Auburn Hills, MI.
High school diploma or GED required; some additional course work in a related technical field preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
