Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent including training such as shop class, blueprint reading, welding or machine shop.
• Ability to read blueprints and drawings and interpret measurements.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for up to 12 hours.
• Proficient with hand tools; follow instructions in English.
• Safety-conscious and able to work in a fast-paced, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble all units within the timeline set and to customer satisfaction using hand tools and equipment.
• Maintain quality to minimize scrap and rework.
• Check your own work and teammates' work for completeness.
• Provide information and support to achieve team goals.
• Maintain an organized workstation and keep the facility clean.
• Collaborate with production team and other departments as needed.
• Maintain required certifications to perform the assembly process.
• Adhere to safety rules and practices.
• Be flexible to work extra hours and some Saturdays.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
