Job summary

CompoSecure is seeking an R&D Technician to execute manufacturing operations on prototype and research samples, documenting equipment parameters, recipes, and key attributes for completed operations.

You will perform setup, changeovers, and a variety of fabrication steps while maintaining quality and reporting any issues to the supervisor. The role requires collaborative work within the prototype group and adherence to safety and process standards.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in related field preferred.
• 3+ years of work experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a team with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Execute manufacturing operations on research and prototype orders.
• Set up, changeover, and operate equipment.
• Document parameters, recipes, and quality attributes.
• Maintain inventory and update project status tracking software.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness programs are followed.
