Job summary

CompoSecure is seeking an R&D Technician to execute manufacturing operations on prototype and research samples, documenting equipment parameters and recipes for repeatability. You will perform machine set-ups, lamination, laser engraving, CNC milling, inspection, and packing, while coordinating with the Prototype Supervisor and team to meet quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of work experience.
• Associate degree in related field preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to function as an active team member with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform manufacturing functions on research and prototype orders.
• Machine set-up, shut down, and changeover; lamination; laser engraving; CNC milling/engraving; stamping and embedding; final inspection and packing.
• Document parameters and processes for repeatability; maintain inventory and project status tracking.
