CompoSecure is seeking a Prototype Documentation Technician to document prototype orders, record steps, and report results. You will use strong analytical and problem-solving skills and handle independent projects as assigned.

The role requires 1–3 years in manufacturing, effective written and verbal communication, and strong attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems is expected, with opportunities for growth and a supportive team environment.

Qualificações

• High level of computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Responsabilidades

• Highlight and elevate systemic issues with prototype and R&D jobs.
• Update and maintain project tracking tools.
• Enter work orders into documentation system.
• Assist with work order routing and subassembly planning and tracking.
• Maintain latest part ID and quantities by working with Supervisor, Leads, and Supply Chain.
• Issue requests for material, engraving programs, overlay creation/accuracy as required.
• Create sub-assembly work orders through ERP system.
• Gather, summarize, and report data.
• Communicate results and reports to team.
• Develop SOPs for various prototype operations.
• Timely Corrective Action response and resolution to relevant project situations.
• Engage and support companywide Safety and Cleanliness programs.
• As part of the EMS- Environment Management System, will meet compliance obligations and accountability by contributing but not limited to the company's recycling guidelines, proper waste, and other environmental performance practices.
• Will be required to perform other job functions, as assigned.

Position Overview

Pay Range

$53,800.00 - $80,800.00 Annual

Incentive Compensation

Offers will be negotiated based on each candidate's qualifications. This role may be eligible to participate in our annual or quarterly incentive plan. Incentives are earned based on employee performance against defined metrics and company goals.
