Qualifications

• Read and interpret sketches, specifications, blueprints and job orders to workers through BOMs.
• Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and assembly issues.
• Excellent communications skills.
• Able to work well independently and as a team.
• Must possess urgency, accountability, and professionalism.
• Self-starter with ability to multi-task

Responsibilities

• Setup and run manual Mills, Lathes, Surface Grinders.
• Perform precision machining to tight tolerances.
• Read drawings and verify part accuracy with measuring tools.
• Deburr parts as necessary.
• Diagnose and resolve machining issues with engineering collaboration.
• Maintain machine cleanliness and safety compliance.
• All other duties as assigned.
