Job summary

CNH Industrial is offering an on-site internship opportunity in New Holland, PA, focused on supporting prototype development for agricultural equipment. You will engage in process and safety improvements, inventory management, and data-driven decision support while working with engineers and shop personnel.

Ideal candidates are pursuing an engineering degree, comfortable with CAD/Power BI and Microsoft Excel, and eager to learn in a collaborative, hands-on environment during the May–August

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and hands-on interest in manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read engineering prints and drawings.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel) and computer systems.
• Experience with CAD, Power BI, or programming tools is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Pursuing an engineering or engineering technology degree

Responsibilities

• Support 1 process improvement and 1 safety improvement project.
• Assist with inventory management, material flow, and shop operations.
• Analyze data and develop reports to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and shop personnel on prototype activities.
