Job summary

CNH Industrial is offering an on-site internship opportunity in New Holland, PA, focused on supporting prototype development for agricultural equipment. You will engage in process and safety improvements, inventory management, and data-driven decision support while working with engineers and shop personnel.

Ideal candidates are pursuing an engineering degree, comfortable with CAD/Power BI and Microsoft Excel, and eager to learn in a collaborative, hands-on environment during the May–August

Intern Program Overview:

We are committed to building a strong talent pipeline by investing in early career professionals. Our internship and co-op programs provide mentorship, training, hands-on experience, and growth opportunities that empower students to explore their career paths with confidence. Summer interns work full-time (40 hours per week) from May through August. Candidates must be currently enrolled college students actively pursuing a degree to participate in the internship program.

Job Purpose

Support the development of prototype agricultural equipment through process improvement projects, inventory management, and shop operations while gaining hands-on engineering experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support 1 process improvement and 1 safety improvement project.
• Assist with inventory management, material flow, and shop operations.
• Analyze data and develop reports to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and shop personnel on prototype activities.

Preferred Qualifications

Mechanical aptitude and hands-on interest in manufacturing processes.

Ability to read engineering prints and drawings.

Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel) and computer systems.

Experience with CAD, Power BI, or programming tools is a plus.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Pay Transparency

The hourly rate for this role is 19.57 - 25.75. (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

For roles open across multiple locations, the salary range indicated refers to the primary location. If a different location is considered, the applicable salary range will be communicated to candidates prior to the first interview.
