Job summary

CNH Industrial in New Holland, PA, is offering a structured internship/co-op program in Engineering and Technical fields. Summer interns work full-time (40 hours per week) from May through August, with mentorship, training, and housing support.

Qualifications

Must currently be pursuing a Bachelors degree in related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including defect documentation and test reporting.
Ability to safely access and work on agricultural equipment in both field and shop environments.
Demonstrated troubleshooting of electrical and system integration issues in real time.
Experience developing and executing test cases based on system and software requirements.

Responsibilities

Evaluate test requirements based on specifications and internal/external requirements.
Develop test plans and procedures.
Execute and document tests.
Document defects found during testing with necessary information for root cause analysis.
Operate large agricultural machines while performing testing activities.
Prepare reports of testing data and provide recommendations based on findings.
