Advantage Technical is seeking a Prototype Build Lead in Livonia, MI to coordinate prototype axle system builds, testing activities, and engineering project timelines in a fully onsite automotive engineering environment.

Responsibilities include leading build events, managing schedules, coordinating parts, and collaborating with engineers, suppliers, and shop personnel to ensure on-time completion of testing and build milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• Previous project management experience is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Salary: $44.13/Hour

Ready to lead cutting-edge prototype build and testing projects? We're seeking a highly organized Prototype Build Lead to coordinate prototype axle system builds, testing activities, and engineering project timelines for a leading automotive engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead prototype build events for axle system development projects
• Create and manage project plans, build schedules, and timing charts
• Coordinate parts ordering and component delivery

Qualifications

• Strong Microsoft Excel, Project, and PowerPoint skills
• Experience with mechanical components, product testing, and prototype build processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Performance testing experience preferred
