Job summary

EOS IT Solutions is seeking a Logistics Technician to manage the flow of high-value prototype assets across the supply chain, supporting inbound and outbound logistics and ensuring accurate handling and tracking of sensitive equipment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain efficiency, accountability, and timely fulfillment in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, or a related operational environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Effective time management in a dynamic environment.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and with others.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming prototype materials for accuracy and condition.
• Fulfill material and equipment requests with precision and urgency.
• Coordinate shipping and distribution to internal teams, clients, and testing locations with secure packaging and labeling.
• Provide on-site white-glove support to clients with professionalism.
• Perform local pickups and deliveries to client sites as required.
• Ensure compliant disposal of equipment, including e-waste handling and donations.
• Conduct monthly inventory audits and log assets accurately.
• Maintain records in inventory and data systems for full traceability.
• Monitor, update, and manage SRT/task queues to meet SLAs.
• Process product returns with proper documentation and disposition.
