Job Summary:

Assembles and solders engineering prototype, pilot and small run production jobs.

Essential Functions:

• SMT, Thru-Hole and electromechanical assembly and soldering using engineering and/or preproduction documentation.
• Working through product start up issues with engineering and customers.
• Supporting rework and inspection of production products on an as needed basis.

Experience Requirement:

Five years of experience in Electronic Manufacturing environment.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:

• Hand soldering of SMT and Thru-Hole components.
• Extensive rework skills in SMT and Thru-Hole technology.
• Identification of electronic components.
• Must be able to interpret drawings and work instructions.
• Demonstrated knowledge and application of applicable ISO processes.
