Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking candidates for a 1st shift manufacturing role in Ladysmith, WI. You will perform mechanical assembly using documented work instructions, operate hand and pneumatic tools, assist with molding operations, and support quality checks.

You may also help with maintenance and cross-department collaboration. The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, legal authorization to work in the U.S., and willingness to work overtime.

You will perform mechanical assembly using documented work instructions while following all safety procedures and maintaining a clean work environment. Responsibilities include operating hand and pneumatic tools, supporting molding operations, packing products, performing basic computer tasks, and assisting with visual and dimensional quality checks. You will also support preventative maintenance, helps keep work areas organized, and may work across departments. Employees must follow all Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental regulations and may occasionally adjust their schedules to meet our needs. You will report to the Production Supervisor and work onsite in Ladysmith, WI. This is a 1st Shift role (Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30p.m.).
