Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Prototype Assembler 1 for the 1st shift on site in Ladysmith, Wisconsin. You will perform mechanical assembly using documented work instructions, operate hand and pneumatic tools, support molding operations, pack products, and assist with quality checks in a safe, clean environment.

This role reports to the Production Supervisor, requires a High School Diploma or GED, and overtime is a regular requirement (10–20 hours weekly).

Qualifications

• Follow documented work instructions and safety procedures.
• Mechanical assembly or general manufacturing tasks.
• Operate basic hand tools, pneumatic tools, and lifting equipment.
• Basic computer skills for production or documentation tasks.
• Willingness to work overtime (typically 10–20 hours per week).
