Job summary

Rockwell Automation in Ladysmith, Wisconsin, is seeking a Prototype Assembler 1 for 1st shift to perform mechanical assembly using documented work instructions while upholding safety standards in a clean, organized environment.

You will operate basic hand and pneumatic tools, support molding operations, and assist with quality checks. Overtime is common; on-site work in Ladysmith, WI, 1st shift (Mon-Fri 6:00am-2:30pm) applies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Follow documented work instructions and safety procedures.
• Mechanical assembly or general manufacturing tasks.
